Delivery

Orders are dispatched manually from Belgium using tracked delivery. The available delivery method and cost are shown before payment. A dispatch email with tracking information is sent when the parcel leaves Belgium.

Returns and withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen calendar days after taking physical possession of the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email hello@sorrytape.com before the deadline and identify the order.

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and within fourteen days. The customer pays the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or the law requires otherwise. Please keep the goods in suitable condition; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may affect the refund.

We refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, within the applicable legal timeframe. Statutory consumer rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.

Privacy

Kalon Solutions uses the information provided at checkout to process payment, fulfil and deliver the order, provide support, and meet legal accounting obligations. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Order information is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

The storefront uses essential cookies for the cart, regional routing, and short-lived access to the order confirmation. We do not use order emails for marketing unless you separately choose to receive marketing communications.
